I spent over two decades building insurance from the inside — as VP Digital Sales at Reliance General Insurance, as Product Manager at ICICI Lombard, and as Sales Lead at TATA AIG. I've seen how the industry works, how claims are processed, and where ordinary policyholders get shortchanged.

I led teams of 400+ people, managed ₹100 Crore annual revenues, launched new insurance products, and built pan-India distribution networks covering 800+ locations. I know every clause, every exclusion, and every trick insurers use.

That's exactly why I started Policy Aid. I wanted to use that insider knowledge to help ordinary Indian families — not insurance companies. As an IRDAI licensed agent, my legal obligation is to you, not to any insurer.
